SELLERS
Do you offer free consultations? Yes, we offer free in-house consultations.
Are you licensed & insured? Yes, we are licensed and insured.
Do you pay a referral fee? Yes, we will happily pay a referral fee for an estate.
Do you take consignments? Yes, if you don’t have enough items to conduct a full house sale, we will take certain items on consignment to be added to one of our other sales.
Do you sell everything? We do not sell alcohol or illegal items. We also will not list items with no value, such as food or used cleaning products.
What types of sales do you do? All our sales are conducted as online auctions, running for a week.
How quickly will I get paid for my items after the sale? You will receive payment in full, along with an itemized statement, within 21 days after the auction ends.
What areas do you work in? The DMV area
What happens to the items that don’t sell? They stay in your possession or we can arrange a clean-out service for you.

BUYERS
How can I bid in your auctions? Please register on our website with your contact information and a credit card, then you are ready to start bidding.
Do you ship items? Yes, we will ship most smaller items via USPS or UPS. You must contact us prior to bidding to confirm if you want any items to be shipped to you. You may arrange for pickup of larger items yourself, by using services such as Bungii.com, Shiply.com, etc. These items MUST be picked up during our one-day pickup window.
Do you charge Sales Tax? Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies to all invoices, with the exception of resellers who have a resale tax exemption certificate on file with us.
How do I get my resale tax exemption certificate on file with you?
After you have registered as a bidder, click on your profile in the upper right corner, click on “View Profile”, then click on “Tax Exemptions” and “Add”. Alternatively, you can e-mail a copy of your Certificate and we will add it for you.
How much is the Buyer’s Premium? 18%
